These terms govern your use of Serenity Helper. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to what is written here. We have tried to keep the language clear and honest — if anything is unclear, please reach out.
1. Using the platform
Serenity Helper is a personal wellness tool. You may use it for your own wellbeing and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Please do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its services. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Subscriptions and billing
Choose monthly or yearly access and pay securely through Paystack by card or bank transfer. Card subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Bank-transfer payments cover one paid period and do not renew automatically; you must make another payment to continue. Your dashboard and confirmation email show your renewal or expiry date. By paying, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service for payment processing. Serenity Helper does not store your card details. Cancelling automatic renewal stops future charges and preserves any remaining paid access; it does not refund the current paid period. If a card renewal fails, we will email you with a link to resolve it. Transfer customers receive a reminder before expiry, and paid message delivery pauses when their access ends unless they renew.

- Card subscriptions renew automatically — cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges
- Bank transfers require manual renewal — no automatic charges
- Cancel an existing automatic subscription before switching to bank transfer; remaining paid time is kept
- No refunds are issued for billing periods already in progress
- Failed payments will be communicated promptly with time to resolve
3. What Serenity Helper is — and is not
Serenity Helper delivers AI-generated supportive messages based on your preferences. It is designed as a gentle daily companion for everyday emotional wellbeing — not as a mental health service, clinical tool, or crisis resource. The content you receive is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.

- Not suitable for use during mental health emergencies or crises
- Always seek qualified professional support when you need clinical care
4. Changes and how to reach us
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we will let you know — either by email or through a notice inside the platform — before the changes take effect. Continued use of Serenity Helper after that point means you accept the updated terms. If you have questions about anything here, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
